Objective

SEO Strategy and Campaign Management

ClickJump was initially appointed by Imagine to help with the consolidation of their four websites into one, and ensure the newly launched website performed well from a search point of view. Following this project, our team worked on the newly updated website to increase awareness and visibility of the brand and Imagine services on search, as well as generate more conversions.

As the industry-leading provider of visual communications in the US, Imagine’s goal is to successfully reach their key audiences to grow existing accounts and generate new business. Their SEO goals were to improve search rankings, raise awareness of the Imagine brand offering, and trigger fresh customer enquiries.

Their target audience was people who need to communicate with consumers, including CMOs, Marketing (print/ store) managers or directors, Strategic sourcing and procurement and brand/ store experience professionals.

Solution

On-site: Optimise the website to ensure it is crawled and indexed by search engines more accurately, which included a full website audit, content creation and optimisation, technical analysis and recommendations, as well as a comprehensive internal linking plan.

Off-site: Improve Imagine’s backlink profile and domain authority to increase the visibility of the business on search engines, drive more organic traffic to the website and boost lead generation.

The strategy implementation was two-fold:

  • In stage one, the ClickJump SEO team carried out an in-depth website audit and discovery exercise, as the Imagine’s marketing team was planning a major website re-design based on merging their four websites into one. This allowed us to identify the key on-site and off-site elements to focus on for SEO. As well as this, we compiled content recommendations for the key landing pages that we aimed to build and drive traffic to from organic search.
  • The new website was fully optimised for search pre- and post-launch, which included work on the content, technical elements and links. ClickJump also carried out in-depth keyword research to ensure that terminology used in the content is consistent and aligned with the UX and SEO goals.
  • In stage 2, the SEO campaign went live with the aim to improve the website’s back link profile and domain authority. This involved outreaching targeted content in various formats to increase traffic to the website from relevant audiences, as well as gain quality links. The campaign also included a strong local SEO focus, which involved optimising and scheduling regular posts on the company’s three Google Business Profiles. This significantly improved local organic traffic and search visibility.

Results

With a significant increase in rankings, organic visits increased by 21% from Sept. 2022 to Sept.2023.

  • Best of all, our organic (SEO) goal completions increased by 2855% from September 2022 to Sept. 2023, which was fantastic.
  • The company’s three Google Business Profiles became the 2nd highest source of organic traffic to the website after Google.
